Announcement of Nadine Lennie as Chief Financial Officer Elect
Atlas Arteria (ALX) today announced that it has appointed Nadine Lennie as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Elect. Nadine will begin in the role on 16th July 2018.
Nadine has over 20 years’ experience as a CFO, investment manager and financial advisor. Nadine was most recently CFO of ASX-listed Afterpay Touch Group Limited.
Nadine brings extensive knowledge in the infrastructure, project finance and funds management sectors. She is a highly accomplished finance and governance leader with extensive experience and expertise in the development, implementation and communication of financial strategy.
Nadine will join Graeme Bevans, CEO Elect of ALX, in establishing the necessary infrastructure, systems and processes in order for ALX to manage its own operations independently and separately from Macquarie.
Following the 15 May 2018 vote by ALX securityholders at the ALX AGM, the existing ALX management team provided by Macquarie, led by CEO James Hooke and including current CFO Mark Goodrick, will continue to run the business and Macquarie will continue to provide the full suite of services to ALX until May 2019, unless ALX terminates the ALX Management Agreements earlier.
